Yes. You will have a login to your secure CopperEgg account. All communication is done over an SSL encrypted connection- the same technology used by online retailers and banks.

We tried to make the install process as effortless as possible. Simply sign up, log in and click the “Monitor a Server” button.

Yes. CopperEgg offers the ability to add multiple users that can either be admins or read-only. We also provide the ability to restrict certain views for users based on tag. To add more users to your account, go to the Settings tab and then Users.

With a CopperEgg account, 1 year of history is retained.

No, RevealCloud works on physical, virtual and cloud-based servers. As long as that system is connected to the Internet, we can monitor it. Many of our customers monitor systems cross-cloud platform, virtual and physical datacenters.

RevealCloud supports Linux 2.6 / 3.x, Windows, Azure, Mac OS X and FreeBSD.

In general, we just collect performance metrics out of the OS as a non-privileged user. Very, very low impact. We also understand some machine configuration info, such as the OS version etc. Nothing that crosses the privacy concern boundary.
