Yes, you can monitor only websites. Each plan comes with a base number of websites. So if you want to only monitor 10 websites, the Starter plan will cover it. If you want to monitor 20 websites, then buy 1 additional RevealUptime pack to add to your existing Starter plan.

Each plan comes with a base level of monitored servers, websites and custom metrics. For additional servers, we understand that you will want to spin up and down and use more than your plan’s level. To accommodate this, we use an elastic pricing model. Pay by the hour for any additional servers that you use for just pennies an hour.

The same model applies to custom metrics. Each plan comes with a base quantity. If you use more in a monthly period, you are only billed for the number of metrics over the base number, on an hourly basis. The base rate is .07 cents US per hour, or 7/100ths of a penny.

If you are planning to monitor more websites, just buy additional RevealUptime website monitoring packs. Each pack give you 10 more websites. You can add Website packs in your CopperEgg account.

Simple, we use a base rate for each monitored standard collector / server hour, for example, the Bronze plan uses a base rate of $0.0137 USD per hour, or 1.37 cents per hour. If you do the math, and were to run your server full time for a month, this would be just $9.86 for 30 days.

There are 2 modes for measuring server performance. Pro mode is available with Gold or higher plans.

• Standard Mode: 15 second server performance updates and 1st level detail information.
• Pro Mode: 5 second performance updates and 2nd level detail, including processes, multiple NICs, volumes, etc.

Regardless of your current paid plan, you have the ability to add more monitored websites than your plan allows. This is great to monitor websites, web services, tcp ports, 3rd party providers, etc. We sell these in packs of 10. You can add more packs on the subscription settings page, under the settings tab. Just select the number of additional packs you would like in the RevealUptime 10 Pack section.

We offer a free unlimited 14 day trial to monitor all the servers, websites and custom metrics you would like. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to pick your plan and enter your credit card. We will then only charge you that plan rate (pro-rated for the first month) plus any additional server hours, RevealUptime website packs and custom metrics at the end of the month. You can always see your current usage in “Account Activity” and your current plan settings in “Subscription Settings” ,under the Settings Tab, in your CopperEgg account.

Nope. You’ll be charged monthly and can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you’ll only be charged your open balance at that time. You won’t be charged again after that.

Yes. You can cancel your account. At time of cancellation, you will be responsible for current charges and any open balance. Just contact customerservice[at]copperegg.com to cancel.

We do offer a developer plan, which allows you to monitor one server, two websites and 10 custom metrics for free. No Credit Card is required. If you choose not to continue with a paid plan at the end of your trial, you can opt into the developer plan. Note, you will be responsible for removing any servers, websites or custom metrics that are over your the developer plan limit in order to see your systems in the UI and receive alerts.
